I cant save PDF files from google scholar. The error code is "Troubleshooting Issues"

I use zotero with a Zotero Connector in chrome. I can save files from google scholar several months ago, but I cant now. I have updated zotero and even re-install zotero connector, but it does't work. However, zotero works well on other websites. What happened?
