customize my own CSL for Chinese Language

May I get some detail specifications and explanations abut how to make or customize my own CSL （Citation Style Language） for Chinese materials.

    CSL already has localisations for languages enabled. So if you use a style with no language setting, you can just change the language under "Document preferences" in the Word/LibreOffice add-in.
    But... it all depends on the citation style and the way it's made. Some will be better and some worse in terms of just changing the language. Certainly the big styles like APA or CMoS.

    If you tell us more, we can give some more advice. What style are you looking at to use?
