Hi all, it seems that the same thing is happening to me since a few days. I'm using FF 70.0.1 (64-bits; Manjaro Linux KDE), Zotero Connector 5.0.60 and Zotero 5.0.77. By default my FF has the privacy.firstparty.isolate as "false". I've tested with both "false" and "true", and Zotero Connector is not being able to save the page. Whenever I try it, I get:
"Erro ao salvar com Embedded Metadata. Tentando salvar usando Save as Webpage.
An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."
Debug of the last attempt: [JavaScript Error: "HTTP request has timed out after 15000ms"]

(what you posted is a single error message, not the debug ID). It's also not clear whether you went through all the other steps?
