    I can't use Zotero at google docs.
    The pop up says "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshouting instruction?"
    I went through all of them and didn't work.

    Does it work in a new document?

    No. It doesn't do anything , i mean not even the previous pop up.

    Restart Zotero and your browser and try again in a new document. Does it work? How about in the existing document? If it does not, could you submit a Report ID from Zotero?
