How to sort references in A-Z order?

Zotero has done amazing job on generating reference list. However, I cannot sort them in A-Z order when I have added some references that are not saved in Zotero, say I copied a correct citation from google scholar in APA format and pasted on the reference list. How do I do to sort all the articles in A-Z order?

    Zotero generates the bibliography for you from items in Zotero. You can't paste references as text into the bibliography if you want Zotero to continue managing it for you. If you want additional items in the bibliography, you need to add them to Zotero first. You can then either them as citations in the document, in which case Zotero will add them to the bibliography, or use Add/Edit Bibliography to add uncited items.
