Upgrade Storageconnection error.
Dear Zotero users
I'm very bad in computer but I'm using Zotero quite often for my articles. I'm facing a big problem : I cannot update Zotero or synchronize. I have an error message in French :" connection error. check internet". But Internet is working .
I have a macbook, work on safari or firefox, and use Zotero 5.0.75.
I have read some stuff about proxies but I don't know how to handle with that.

This is a problem on your computer or network, so if you don't understand what's on that page I would recommend asking someone technical (e.g., your IT department, if this is an institutional computer) to help you in person based on the information on that page.
