Having trouble uploading attachments

Hello,
I'm having trouble uploading attachments to my library. This doesn't happen all the time though. Has anyone else had this issue? Any thoughts on how to fix? Thanks

    Are you referring to the Zotero program or the online library?

    If the former, can you say more about what exactly you're trying to do? See Reporting Problems.

    If the latter, does it work if you use the new beta web library (available from a link at the top of the page)?
