I had a notice that Zotero has an update. I received this error as soon as it started up.
I'm running Windows Zotero under Wine on Debian (because I like having the separate app).
Nothing seems to be amiss, though I've only had a quick look.

dstillmanedited November 2, 2019No, an error report is what you provided by providing a Report ID, and it doesn't contain any errors. You need to tell us literally what happened on your screen that caused you to come here in the first place. You haven't actually reported a problem.
