    I'm also having problems with Zotero and Google Docs. The problem is that Zotero says it is updating document but it never does. Seems to hang. I've created a "test" file with just a name. Zotero found the citation and used the proper formatting. I then created a bibliography which also went smoothly. But, with a "real" text, Zotero never finshes updating.

    Ok. Figured out my problem. I'm sharing this google doc and someone had started to use F1000. Once I removed the F1000 citations I was able to add the Zotero citations and biblio without the long updating wait.
