Check for updates where?

I see instructions to check for updates in the Help menu but don't see this anywhere. How do I find the help menu?

I ask because Word is not connecting to Zotero and I was wondering if this as an issue with the Zotero version I'm using.

It should be at the top of your app. Do you see any menus at all?

You're not looking at the app. You're looking at the website. If that's all you have, you need to download and install Zotero.
