Zotero DOI Look Up not working
Zotero recently updated to 5.0.76 and its ability to lookup documents by the DOI produces the following error message:
"Zotero could not find any identifiers in your input. Please verify your input and try again."
I have attempted to enter 10.1016/j.ejogrb.2010.06.023, and the DOI has been verified at doi.org. I read a discussion from 02/2016 that suggests there may be something wrong with the Zotero data directory. I followed the instructions to reset the translators (Reset translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences), and I continue to receive the error message.
Debug ID is 1582254369
Please advise.
PS - I also initially had the same error with DOI 10.1371/journal.pone.0186616, however, it was resolved after resetting the translators.

dstillmanThe Crossref service used by Zotero and many other tools for DOI lookup has been having trouble for the last few days. Hopefully they'll resolve it soon.

adamsmithShould be fixed on the Crossref end. 10.1016/j.ejogrb.2010.06.023 imports for me
