dstillman@vascobarbosa: As I responded to you via email, using Zotero in Catalina is no different than in Mojave. If you're not seeing the Zotero toolbar in Office, see https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear. If you're still having trouble, you'd need to say everything you've tried from there and what happened.
