No Zotero pane

Hi

The Zotero pane has disapperad from the bottom of my Firefox window. De-installing and re-installing Firefox (3.0.11) and then Zotero (1.0.10) does not solve the problem. Zotero is listed in the add-on window in Firefox, but I just don't see it. Also, I don't get any error messages (even after looking in the error console).
Any ideas?

    The status bar is visible. I also followed instructions for deleting corrupt extension config files extensions.cache and extensions.rdf (couldn't find any extensions.ini). Still doesn't help though!

    Can you open the Zotero pane? You can try either selecting the Zotero item in the Firefox Tools menu, or use the short cut (ctrl+alt+z on Windows).

    Disable all your other extensions. The incompatible extensions list is a good place to start.

    1) Meaning it doesn't appear at all.

    2) After looking at advice on Firefox help I had disabled all my other extensions (not many), and enabled them one-by-one. The culprit seems to be Skype Extension for Firefox 2.2.0.102. Everything is fine when this is disabled. But all Zotero icons and panes disappear if it is switched on.

    Problem solved - thanks to everyone for their help

    Yes, Skype is on the incompatible extensions list. Report the problem to them.
