Upgrade StorageZotero not installing on Word 2019 (mac computer)
I recently upgraded to Word 2019 and have lost the ability to add citations and create bibliographies. Word 2019 was installed when Word 2011 was still installed. I have been searching within this forum for answers but still cannot cite within my papers. I have attemped to delete the dotm file and recopying into the appropriate Word forlder without success.
