Is it possible to sync Zotero and My NCBI collections?

I moved from Endnote to Zotero a while back and really love it. I also use "My NCBI" collections a lot and it would have been great to sync these to Zotero. Is it possible to make this happen in some way?

    Sync definitely isn't possible, no. It should be pretty easy to get items from MyNCBI into Zotero (e.g. Zotero supports standard NLM export formats), but not to do this without you manually triggering it and remembering which items you've already added.
