I get an error when I tried to createe an citation in MS Word .
Error: Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

I have the most current verssion. it still is not working.

    First, while this may be unrelated, you're getting a number of "permission denied" errors in your Zotero data directory, which indicates either a permissions problem (if, say, you transferred files from another computer) or security software interfering (though that's less likely on a Mac).

    For the Word issue, does this happen in a completely new document, or only in a specific existing document? If the latter, see Debugging Broken Documents. If the former, what exact Word version?
