Zotero Add/Edit Bibliography Not Working on MS Word

When adding a citation to a word document (Which there is no issues with), and then trying to create a bibliography from that, nothing happens. I am able to copy the citations from the Zotero application to the clipboard and paste them into Word but when trying to do it on Word itself, it's not recognising when I click 'Add/Edit Bibliography'. I have uninstalled and installed Office platform and also uninstalled and installed Zotero application but the issue remains. Any ideas please?

    Just to be clear -- "Add Bibliography" will only work if you used "Add Citation" in Word. It won't work if you copy the citation from Zotero. Are you doing that? And if so, just to confirm, you're not getting an error message? Just nothing happens? Which citation style?

    Yes I am adding citation in Word and not Zotero. I am not getting any error message, when I click to add a bibliography, nothing happens.

    Are you saying that the Add/Edit Citation button in the Zotero toolbar in Word works, but the Add/Edit Bibliography button doesn't?

    While the buttons should work regardless, it's not totally clear to me that you're doing this right. Copying citations to the clipboard from Zotero is totally irrelevant here, so the fact that you mentioned that at all is a little confusing. And it would be odd for the Add/Edit Citation button to work but for Add/Edit Bibliography not to.

    Yes exactly. The Add/Edit Citation works without any issues, but when trying to Add/Edit Bibliography, nothing happens when the button is clicked.

    I only copied the citations from Zotero to check if they worked and to mark off another aspect of troubleshooting. But I can do without that and just add the citation in the toolbar in Word.

    When I click Add/Edit Citation in Word, it gives me the options of what to add and I can add no problem. Once added, I then try to Add/Edit Bibliography but there's no response when the button is clicked.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for a Add/Edit Bibliography attempt that doesn't work?
