Is it possible to create automatic hyperlinks to in-text citations?

I would like to add hyperlinks to all my in-text citations (with the URL of the specific website that I have included in the references) so the reader can just click and open the specific websites.

For example, (International Monetary Fund 2010) would have the hyperlink so that people can click on it and be directed to the website.
