Upgrade StorageAPA 6 output issue
Hi all,
New PC, new installation of everything, first time using Zotero on the new system. APA 6 output of this book is seriously weird. Why are publisher and location not appearing in the output? They absolutely are in the record (imported from Wolrdcat.org)

APA says to only cite one location for items, in the order DOI, URL, Publisher/Place, so listing the URL here.
