Zotelo infinite loading

Hello, I have a problem with Zotero when I want to add quotes to my word file. When I click on "add a quote" in word, the loading window (in green) which is supposed to remain a few seconds, remains loading indifiniment and it marks me "in progression", until I stop it. I restart zotero several times without success. Sometimes I click on the buttons linked to zotero and nothing is displayed. I do not know if the problem is on zotero or word.
