Sometimes I see the icon L SEP in a square in some of the sources in the footnotes and bibliography. What is this? Can anyone help?

That's quite odd. Is your Zotero (and do you use the Chicago style) in English or a different language?

It is in English and all my citations are in English. I have deleted all those occurrences, but I will send you a screenshot when I see them again.

Are you sure that you have Times New Roman in the body of your document _AND_ in the Word footnote style?
