Bibtex export option is missing

For a while now, the bibtex export option is missing from both Zotero installations that I use. To reinstall the program did not solve the problem. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

    Do you have any add-ons installed? I'd be particularly worried about very old versions of the BetterBibTeX add-on. If so, temporarily disable them and the reset translators under Preferences -->Advanced --> Files and Folders in Zotero

    One good reason to suspect BBT is that in CI mode, it removes the stock bibtex translators on start. Not that I'd advocate running BBT in CI mode, but that would explain them missing.

    As far as I could see, BBT was not the problem. But Reset Translators did the trick, I just haven't noticed the button...
