Status of Primo/Alma fix?

I am using Zotero to capture bibliography records. I got this message
" An error occurred saving with Primo 2018. Attempting to save using Save as Webpage instead."

When trying to capture this record

I get this message even after I logging in.

Any suggestions? I don't want to save it as a Webpage, I need the bibliographic fields. I'm also asking our experts in Alma/Primo, so I will share what they suggest.

The problem with your Primo is that Zotero cannot access the PNX data. This should be similar to adding "showPnx=true" to an url in the browser, which does not work for your Primo as well.

I am having the same issue. Downloading from the search results list works fine, but if I click on an item and try to save from the item screen, I receive this error.

So this just started for me, too. How do i solve the problem and get back to using Zotero? I'm using the latest version and using the Chrome plugin.
