Error report 1325026735

After opening Zotero, trying to open a PDF attachment. One of the last things I did in Zotero before closing it before, was rename that attachment.
I have found an older version of it in my file structure that seems unconnected to anything. Fortunately, the right version did show online.
Weird though.

    Attachment not found.

    Did you rename the file outside of Zotero? In that case you'll need to click Locate and relink the file.

    Apologies for tardy reply. No, I renamed it within Zotero.

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) that shows the full process of what you're doing, including the renaming and then getting the not-found error trying to open it?

    Fortunately, this doesn't happen a lot, so I didn't have the debugger running when it happened.
    Some of those problems just occur every now and then, and I can't see a pattern iin when it would. For instance, when you type notes and all of a sudden what you just typed is gone. Surely it's something that you'd want to fix, but it's hard to catch in a debug report.
    The above problem, too, is one of those things.
    Please advise on issues like these: report? Don't report?
