Upgrade StorageCan't retrieve stored web-clips
I am unable to retrieve web-clips that are stored on my own computer. I follow the usual procedure for clipping the article. It appears in library with "Snapshot" beneath in. But when I click on the article in my library to open it, I very often (though not always) get an an endless pinwheel. Are publications putting in some blocking mechanism that is sabotaging Zotero. This has happened with Washington Post, Forbes, and other publications.

Some pages do run code — usually ad junk, sometimes dynamic-loading stuff — that causes problems for snapshots. We disabled snapshots from the New York Times for that reason. (In the NYT case, you'd get the same behavior when trying to save the complete webpage from Firefox or Chrome.)
We're planning to switch to a different snapshot-saving method that tries to remove the dynamic stuff and just save the static page as you see it.
Basically, these sorts of things will be fixed when we switch to the new saving method that I mention above.
