Zotero kann nicht gestartet werden

Hallo liebe community,

ich hoffe jemand kann mir mit folgenden Error beim Starten von Zotero auf meinen Mac + Safari helfen:

Es gab einen Fehler beim Start von Zotero.

Error: Error(s) encountered during statement execution: no such column: RI.flag [QUERY: SELECT libraryID, itemID, DI.itemID IS NOT NULL AS deleted, RI.flag FROM items JOIN retractedItems RI USING (itemID) LEFT JOIN deletedItems DI USING (itemID)] [PARAMS: ] [ERROR: no such column: RI.flag]
Zotero.DBConnection.prototype.queryAsync<@chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/db.js:670:13
From previous event:
Zotero.Retractions.init@chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/retractions.js:66:22

Ich habe schon das App deinstalliert und neu runtergeladen, die Fehlermeldung taucht allerdings immer wieder auf.

Bin für jeden Tipp dankbar.

LG!
  • If you don't mind, can you upload your database to the DB Repair Tool and post the Upload ID here? That may help us figure out what happened. (Your data isn't relevant and won't be looked at, but the database has some metadata that will help us debug this.) You can ignore the download link that the tool provides, which won't help.

Feel free to respond in German.
  • Thank you for your quick respond.

Unfortunately, I really cannot figure out how to upload my database.
I can not even locate my zotero data with the tips provided on the website.
  • Can you explain exactly where in the instructions you're having trouble?
  • Ok, I finally managed to upload the file and here comes the upload ID:
    Upload ID 5d35722e3a417

  • I have also followed the instruction to download the file and to replace it the zotero sqlite file and reopen Zotero, but unfortunately the same error pop up
  • Right, as I say, you can ignore the download link, which won't help. We'll review the DB.
  • Ah okay, sorry, I have forgotten about that.

    Yes, thank you !!!!
  • Do you have your Zotero data directory in the default location, or is it in, say, in a cloud storage folder like Dropbox or Google Drive?
  • I have the Zotero data directory on the default location, yes.
  • Have you used Zotero on this computer for a while, or is this a recent installation?
  • I have used it for a while and currently for writing my thesis.
  • OK. We'll keep looking into this, but for a quick fix, you can close Zotero and move the zotero.sqlite file out of the way to a backup location, and then start Zotero (with an empty database) and sync to have it pull down your data from your online library. Assuming you were full in sync — you can check your online library to see the last uploaded item — Zotero will simply pull down your data into the new database.
  • (We'll also push out a fix for this, but that may take a day or so.)
  • I have deleted the file and sync with the online library, that helped thank you!!
