Problem with APA style in word document

Hi:
I am having a problem with the APA style in one specific document, I can not send examples as the problem is mainly the italics that are in the citations (it should have no italics) and the italic positions in the references (it writes in italic the name of the document in scientific articles.
Please help.

If not, we would need specific examples and I don't understand why you wouldn't be able to include those?

This is a plain text space, so I can not write italics.

You can insert italics using html tags (<i> </i>) or you can otherwise indicate italics.
