Author's name, date and page number in footnotes

Hello,
I use the footnote citation system (usually Art History style) in my articles. But in this second reference to the same author in this style, the author's name and the entire title of the work are rewritten.
Is there a style that I can only use as author name, date, and page number instead of this style? I'il use it for footnotes.

Die Bachelorarbeit (Samac et al.) (Note, German) This style is the way I want it, but the authors' surnames are capitalized.

What I want will be:

Ramsay 1980, p. 230, No:18.
or
Ramsay, 1980, p. 230, No:18.

Which style should I use for this?
Nice days...
