Zotero online Library not showing my documents?

I've been using Zotero on my local machine for a few years now. Recently made an account to sync to the server. I have input my account info in Zotero Preferences -> Sync ->Setting, and have checked "Sync Automatically". Logging in online and viewing my Library shows no content. I've tried the Reset option ('Restore to Zotero Server') once and this did not solve the issue. Any advice would be appreciated! (I have images but not sure how to post them here...)

The account you're posting from has never synced. There's no need to use the reset options.
