Can't use Zotero on Google Docs

    Can you say more? What exactly is happening? Does it work in a new document?

    After I click on the Zotero icon, I get the messege "Zotero is updating your document. Please wait…", then a new window pops up saying "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?". In a new document happens the same. Sometimes the Zotero options just get unresponsive.

    Could you also submit a Report ID from Zotero itself (rather than the connector)? Make sure that you submit it after producing the error at least once since starting the program.
