Zotero Storage Unlimited Issue
Hello,
I have had a subscription to the Zotero storage unlimited plan for several years, and have never run into any problems. However, today I got an error today that said:
"You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server. See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options."
I checked my account and I am still on the unlimited plan. Why would I be getting this message and what can I do to fix this?
Many thanks!

fcheslackMake sure your Zotero client is syncing to the correct account (in your sync preferences https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences )

carolynerobertsThanks. Interestingly, the problem was a delay in the auto-renewal. It seems the message appeared during the few hours between when the subscription expired and the auto-renewal. So, I'm all set. Thanks for the help!
