Taylor and Francis TF-Standard Chicago EB (Citation): Help would be appreciated

Greetings everyone,

I have all my sources in a Zotera Database and the journal to which I'm gearing up to send my article uses Taylor and Francis TF-Standard Chicago EB (end notes) style. Basically, they require the following:

"Each note only contains the last name of the author(s), a
shortened title if the title is more than four words, and the
relevant page or pages:
1. Smith and Jones, Style Manual, 45.
2. Khan, “Chapter Title,” 69."

The question is, I cannot find any style in the document preferences that matches this. The journal I'm trying to send my article to is called "Democratization". Can I manually tweak something in my Zotera to get this style?

Cheers,
