Upgrade StorageZotero says "

I click on Zotero in my Google Doc. It says on the doc "Zotero is updating your document, please wait."
When nothing happens, I click on Zotero in my tray. There are two instances, one is my zotero and the other is asking me to select a citation style.
I have already selected Chicago 17, author-date as my style in this document and on this machine. But I select it again.
I get a message that says: "Zotero fields cannot be inserted here" with a no or yes option.
Yet I've inserted zotero citations throughout the entire document for days now.
Help?

dstillmanRestart Zotero and reload the Google Doc page, and then try again.
