Upgrade StorageSOS I HAVE LOST MY DATA

I have a very big problem, if you can help me. I have stored too many articles in the Zotero app and, in general, a lot of stuff.
I did Format my computer and I see that the most were lost.
Is there a case to retrieve my data? My Articles and My Folders? What should I do;

dstillmanBefore today, you hadn't synced since 2017 or uploaded new data since 2015, so I'm afraid you would have to restore from a backup.

adamsmithIf you don't have a local back-up of your harddisk from before formatting, I don't see any way to get it back, sorry.
