Sub-folders in storage folder

When I backup my whole Zotero data folder into other storage, there are some error messages like "the name of folder is too long...." and some folders under storage folder aren't copied.

If I miss some sub-folders in storage, what happens?
They are regenerated automatically when I start Zotero?
I'm curious.

    No. 'storage' contains your attachment files. But there's a good chance that ones that are too long are junk advertising files from HTML snapshots that you don't need to worry about. (Obviously, if you're seeing that for main PDF files you might want to make changes to your backup process to make sure everything is getting backed up.)
