Using Chicago Manual of Style 16th edition (note) on Zotero Online

How do I add citation styles in my Zotero online (I don't want to use Zotero Standalone)?

More concretly, I would like to use Chicago Manual of Style 16th (note) using Zotero online.
It exists on Zotero Standalone but not in Zotero online.

Chicago Manual of Style 16th (note) allows the use of "Marsden and Smith, Engineering Empires, 211", for example, so we don't have to use full bibliography on notes.

Thank you

  • You can't currently add other styles online. A completely new, much-improved version of the web library is coming soon, and adding styles will be possible, but the Zotero program will remain the primary way to use Zotero, and if you don't want to use that Zotero probably isn't the tool for you.

(If you just want something online to generate one-off bibliographies, see ZoteroBib.)
  • Ok, thank you.
By the way i use and love Zotero Standalone.
Is that in this particular case - working in a group project using a group library - not everyone wants to install Zotero, for several reasons. So, working with the web library solves many issues. Happy to know that is going to be updated. Any ideia when?
  • In the mean time, for your colleagues that don't want to install the Zotero app, they could copy the DOI from the item on the Zotero Web library to https://zbib.org/ and use that to generate the Chicago note citation.
