Upgrade StorageZotero Right Click Menu Blank
After a few right-clicks on sources on the Zotero connector App, I will no longer get the menu but instead a blank pop-up box that cannot be clicked. Upon restart, the menu properly works again for 3-5 right-clicks but then without fail returns to a blank box and can only be fixed with another restart of the app.

dstillmanDo you mean the Zotero program or the Zotero Connector in your browser? What exactly are you right-clicking on? Can you take a screenshot that shows this, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox), and provide a link here?

dstillmanThat looks like some problem with the graphics on your system. It's not a general problem, so there's not really much we can suggest other than uninstalling or disabling anything on your system that might be interfering with graphics.

dstillmanYou can also try holding down Shift when starting Zotero, which should start it in Safe Mode with some normal graphics settings disabled, and see if that helps.

bidInstalled the latest beta on mac today because the regular app crashed on Catalina. The beta works fine, but all right click menus are blank. Holding shift during start of Zotero doesn't help too.

dstillman@bid: Same answer. (But note that the current release version of Zotero should also work fine in Catalina, so if it's crashing for you that could indicate some other problem on your system.)
