How to transfer the ownership of a group folder to another account?

Is there anyway I could transfer the ownership of all citations of a group folder to a different account? I tried to share the administration with a member of the group i am working with but not the ownership. If is not possible can I at least copy all the citations and transfer them to a different account?

    You can transfer the ownership from the group settings. Look for Transfer Ownership in the bottom-right of the Manage Profile page for the group.
