Not importing author names

When saving articles from PubMed using the connector in Chrome, the author names are not being imported into Zotero. How do I fix this? Thanks!

    Could we get a couple of sample URLs? Also, is the rest of the info (journal, volume, issue, etc.) being imported? When you hover over the "Save to Zotero" icon before saving, what does it say?

    I just tried to import from PubMed using the Chrome connector and for whatever reason it is working today but was not yesterday!

    I, too, am having this issue. Here's a link to a citation for which no author is found. There have been several other similar pages today with similar results. https://europepmc.org/article/med/25621856 . The same article from this link also didn't save any of the authors. https://psycnet.apa.org/doiLanding?doi=10.1037/pspi0000010

    Strangely, it's also not saving the abstracts.
