Plugin that tracks comments/notes on PDF Viewer?

Question in the title. I use Nitro PDF Viewer for its ability to add notes to documents, however, is there a way that notes can be "tracked" and imported to the notes section within Zotero? This was one benefit of having an integrated PDF viewer, however I'm sure there's a workaround.

    I am not 100% sure what you mean by track, but Zotfile can extract PDF highlights (and I presume notes too, though not sure) and put them in Zotero as notes with a link to the original.

    ZotFile (www.zotfile.com) can extract annotations , though not track them in a literal sense.
