1701867874 Zotero wont sync

I dont understand why or know what to do. I have tried more than once.
  • The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
    You don't say what the actual error message is that you're seeing, but at least this error in your report would be caused by having a PDF open locally while Zotero tries to download a version that was changed (e.g., annotated) elsewhere.
