Automatic renewal failed


I have an 2 GB storage plan with auto renewal. It was supposed to renew for another year on the 12th for which I also got a notification E-Mail. However, Zotero now gives me a sync error because of insufficient storage, and online says my storage allowance is only 300 MB while it also shows that I have selected the 2 GB plan in the "Change plan" field. Did the renewal payment fail to go through or is there something else I can do?
