Suprascripts
My suprascripts are showing up as i, ii, iii instead of numbers. How do I change this?
Also, everytime I add a citation to my document it adds another suprascript even though that citation is already in my zotero. For example, I only have 2 citations now and three sentences. I cited the first sentence with the first citation, the second sentence with the second citation, and my third sentence is cited with the first citation again. However, it is creating a third suprascript (iii) even though I have only 2 citations.

fbennettWhich citation style are you using?

bwiernikIf you are using a note style, such as Chicago, this is controlled by Word, not Zotero. Right-click on one of the note numbers, choose Note Options…, and then change the formatting to the number style of your choice.

adamsmithIf you do want repeated citations to have the same citation number, though, you want to switch citation style, e.g. to Vancouver or Nature
