Import PDFs from a directory structure

Hi,
I'm new to Zotero and couldn't find the answer to this question in the FAQ or docuementation. I have a bunch of PDFs stored in a directory structure. Can I import (add the files) them all concurrently and set up a hierarchy of Collections that corresponds to the directory structure. Importing them directory by directory is just a bit too slow for me.
