lost libraries with new computer

I was just set up with a new computer (at work--on a network). I had to redownload Zotero and now have none of my libraries I had set up. Is there any way to get them back?

    Do you see them if you click on "My Library" at the top of this page?
    Did you have them on any other computer (e.g. a laptop)?

    There is nothing in My Library. I did not have them on any other computer. There is now a folder on my desktop labeled, Old Firefox Data, but when I open it, I don't see anything about Zotero.

    Also, can you not add citations like you used to, ie, it would pull up your library and you highlighted the citation you wanted, without getting that box that requires you to type in author or something?

    Unless you can talk to IT about getting a back-up from your old harddisk, I'm not sure how to get the library back then, I'm afraid.

    The add citations dialog is set in the Zotero preferences under "Cite" -- to get the look you previously had, select "Use classic add citation dialog"
