My Zotero add ins don't work anymore. I can still save every document and look it up in my Zotero library but when I push the add in citation it never completes the citation. I am working on google drive from a Mac, and it worked for weeks. Can someone tell me what to do? Thank you

    It's not clear to me what you're trying to do. Trying to cite in Google Docs? Can you provide exact Steps to Reproduce, including what exactly you're seeing on screen when it doesn't work?

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. I start Zotero and open the Google Doc
    2. I click on the add/edit citation on my Google doc page
    3. The Zotero look up bar pops up
    4. I type in the name of the document whose citation I want to insert
    5. On my document there is written {updating} but the citation never inserts. There is no error, there is just written {updating}.

    Does it work in a new Google Docs document? Could you submit a couple of Report IDs: one from Zotero, the other from the Zotero Connector?
