Upgrade Storageproblems with zotero
I'm having trouble with Zotero and don't know what to do. When I am adding a citation there will be lots of codes instead of regular citation. In addition, I get an error message when I create a bibliography (Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -1728.) @[setTextRaw:field.m:436]) .
I updated my Mac to the latest software (I had problems before I updated). I also updated the word and Zotero without success. I get the same error messages in both old and new document. I looked at previous documents where Zotero has worked before, and my previous citations have been replaced by codes. Hope you can help me figure out the problem.

The version of macOS is 10.14
You can also try reinstalling the Word plugin from the Cite pane of the Zotero preferences and then restarting Word, though that probably won't make a difference.
If you're seeing code, that's just Word field codes.
For the document where you're getting an error generating the bibliography, just delete the bibliography completely and reinsert it.
