Upgrade Storageadding to an existing bibliography and not create a new one

First I hope you will excuse me for my relatively basic english level...
I got a problem with my existing bibliography in a word document. While it was possible last night, today I can't add more references to my bibliography: it always creates a new one... Does anybody have an easy solution? I already tried to disable/enable the automatic citation update but it doesn't resolve the issue.

adomasvenWhat version of Word are you using? You should make sure it is up to date. Does it work well in a new document?
