An Error Occurred While Saving This Item

I keep getting an error message when trying to save articles from CINHAL to Zotero.

I tried/checked all the troubleshooting page but I'm still getting the same message.

It's a search result page in EBSCOhost so I don't know if you'll be able to see it

When I hover over the Zotero folder it says "Save to Zotero (EBSCOhost) Has access to this site, so I'm not sure what the problem is

It just let me transfer half of my files but now it's not working again. The files I was able to transfer are showing up in my zotero window, but not on the zotero website

That would just mean you hadn't synced. See Changes Not Syncing.

I am having issues saving from EbscoHost (CINHAL) searches as well, but it seems to be related to the page configuration on EbscoHost. If I have 50 articles per page and try to save them all, I get an error about 50% of the time and nothing saves, even if I only select a few of the articles from the zotero connector folder icon. If I reduce the number of articles on the page to 5-10, it almost always saves them, even if it delivered an error state before on the same articles.

That could be rate limiting by EBSCO, in which case there's little we can do about it (I unfortunately don't have CINHAL and have not, so far, been able to replicate this issue in my EBSCO databases, though will try)

@sengaung24 that's a different database -- run through https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues and start a new thread if that doesn't help.
