Upgrade StorageDoesn't want to add citation in google docs using group library

For the first time, I am using Zotero as a group. We work in google docs. We have a joint group and a group library. When I try to add a citation, it won't insert it. It just seem like it is about to download it, but it doesn't see the download trough.I have a picture with the problem, but I dont know how to insert it in this discussion.

adomasvenDoes it work in a new document? Can you insert citations from your personal library in this document?
